Vizag Gets 3rd Inox Multiplex

The Much awaited Chitralaya Inox, Jagadamba Centre, Vizag has finally been thrown open to public in the last week. For a start, they are running only 3 screens with Regular Single screen pricing of 75/- max ( with 70/- & 65/- too ) due to Pricing Approval Delays. The Govt of AP has yet to approve of it as a Multiplex reportedly due to Parking Guidelines left unfulfilled same as PVR Vja & Mukta Vizag. The pricing here is going to be concern for Distributors with more than 10 single screens in the same vicinity run on Rent where as Multiplexes share only some % with Distributors. This is the 4th Multiplex in Vizag and the Total Multiplex Screen count now is 16 ( will be soon 18 with 2 addition screens ). Vijayawada has 4 with 13 Screens and Cinepolis is coming up with 6 Screens.
