'Ra Ra Krishnaih' sued by TNLHG makers Tips

“The plot, form, manner, arrangement and expression of the plot and story conceived in 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya' and the prominent characters in the film are very similar in 'Ra Ra Krishnayya', including the depiction of the personalities of the characters in both the films.” 

- TIPS Industries Ltd released this PR stating that they have sued the makers of RRK, S.V.K. Cinemas, in contravention of The Copyrights Act. They have  filed a case of injunction against the producer.

On the other hand the Telugu Producer has rfuted the allegation and said it is purely coincidence. Pretty unconvincing reply!, isn't it?
