SS Rajamouli's Eega starring Sudeep, Samantha and Nani has become a crazy project even before its Release. The film’s Hindi and English rights have already been purchased and Its Tamil Version will release Directly.

Businessman-turned-film producer Ashok Kheny of AKK Media Limited, acquired the Rights. Sudeep will be playing the same role that he is essaying in the Telugu original, that of the antagonist and Shahid Kapoor may play the role of the protagonist in the film.

Kheny also owns the Celebrity Cricket League Kannada cricket team, has Sudeep as the captain.

Eega is a film where the hero dies and is reincarnated as a housefly to seek revenge from the villain.
