ABO Mini Review : Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki

`Lakshmi Rave Maa Intiki` ( Lakshmi, come to Our Home ) is an average Romantic Comedy.

Story :

Sai ( Shourya ) falls for Lakshmi ( Avika ) on first sight. She has a traditional & big family which runs by a her Father`s ( Rao Ramesh ) pre-set rules and regulations. They have already found a bride for Lakshmi and the Formal engagement is done, after which Sai proposes gets rejected by her. He refuses to accept her `NO` and goes after her due to which Lakshmi asks to convince her Family as she has no objection to any one approved by them.

Analysis : It is a typical Rom-Com which starts with Love at first sight and ends with Marriage Drama climax. LRMI has a few good moments and decent story-line which keeps it going although it is dragged and has poor music. The film has a semi- TV Serial kinda treatment in Family Scenes. Interesting Characterisations and decent comedy make it an average film despite all the flaws. It has a decent 1st half and below average 2nd half with Sentiment scenes not working out well. It should have been a much better attempt with Good editing and matured handling.

Performances : Naga Shourya did a decent job in a Semi mass role. Avika is okay, but could have been better. Rao Ramesh is fine. Naresh and etc are adequate.

Songs & Sound Track : Songs are a minus in the otherwise manageable film. They are more of a road block for pee break but Sound track is Adequate.

Direction : Average.

Stunts : Over the top. So-so.

Cinematography : Average.

Plus : Story & Characterisations.

Minus : Music & Drag.

Overall Movie Rating : 2.75 / 5 ( At your Own Risk )

BoxOffice Verdict :

The film has limited prospects. Has scope to do average business at best.
