Three prominent distributors are tussling for the Nizam Area rights of Mahesh Dhookudu. Asian Films/Multi Dimension Entertainments, RR Movie Makers & Geetha/Tagore Madhu are in the race offering a min of 8Cr to 9Cr for the film here. But the producer’s asking rate lies at 10Cr which is quite a sum here.

Mahesh Babu is pretty strong here in Nizam. His Okkadu created a new record in terms of collections in 2003 which was broken by none other than himself with Pokiri in 2006 with a share of 11.7Cr overall. Then came Magadheera with a 21.89Cr figure and the rest is history.
