Naga Shourya's Aswathama has locked January 31st as its release date. The film stars Shourya and Mehreen in the lead roles. Usha Mulupuri is bankrolling Aswathama and it is being presented by IRA creations banner. The film is said to be an action entertainer which caters to all sections of the audience. The makers interacted with media and announced the release date.

The producer, Usha Mulupuri said Aswathama is presently in post-production phase. She added that the film deals with an underlying social issue, which will connect well with all age groups.

Shankar Prasad said Naga Shourya will be seen in a new avatar in Aswathama and the film will be hitting the big screens on January 31st.

The director, Ramana Teja thanked IRA creations for giving him the opportunity to direct Shourya in Aswathama and expressed his confidence on the film.

Co-producer Bujji said Aswathama shaped up really well and thanked the technical team for their support. "Anbu Aribu, who composed the fight sequences for KGF worked on our project and that helped us a lot.", He said.
