Directed by Vamsi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, Param V Potluri and Pearl V Potluri on PVP banner is jointly producing the film. The title of the film has been finalized as 'Varasudu'. As the film is touted to be a full-fledged family entertainer, the apt title of 'Varasudu' has been finalized. The first look of the film has also been released. Vijay mesmerized the audience with the first look. While looking stylish in the first look, giving a serious look has increased the interest. The tagline "The Boss Returns" is even more interesting. The title and poster on this combination, which has huge expectations, have increased the expectations even more.

Vamshi Paidipally, a talented director who makes films that appeal to all sections of the audience, has chosen a universal subject for the film. The film has been titled 'Vaarisu' in Tamil. Director Vamshi Paidipally, who made the blockbuster script for the film, will present Vijay in a never-seen-before character.

National crush Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead in the film. Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Sam, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha and Samyuktha are playing important roles in the film.

Currently, a crucial huge schedule of shooting is going on in Chennai on the core team of the film. Very crucial scenes are being shot in this schedule.

The film, which is being made with huge production values, is being made with a lavish and visual grandeur and high-level technicians are working on it. Along with Vamsi Paidipally, Hari and Ahishor Solomon have penned the story and screenplay for the film.

Sensational music director Thaman is composing the music for the film while Karthik Palani is the cinematographer, KL Praveen is the editor, Sri Harshith Reddy and Sri Hanshita are the co-producers and Sunil Babu and Vaishnavi Reddy are the production designers.

The film is all set to release as a Sankranthi gift in 2023.
