Guntur Thetrical rights of Theen Maar have been acquired by `Tulasi` Sharma for 3.24Crores, on 24Lakhs revocerable basis. That is overall for 3Cr NRA ( non returnable amount ).

This is the highest ever rate for any Mega Film here although 20 lakhs short of Shakti.

He`s likely to release the film by tie-up with either Hari / Bunny Vasu.
