Kotha Janta becomes safe project in 1 week

Maruti`s Kotha Janta opened to average word of mouth has managed good numbers in 1st week. The film collected approx 4.2Cr AP/Nizam share in 1st week ( 8Days ). The overall WW Share shall be around 4.5Cr.

KJ was made on a budget of 5.5Cr and promotions costed another 75 lakhs more. As the satellite deal is over 2 Cr. It is already a safe project for Makers with 1st week Share. The film is largely own release barring Vizag, Krishna, Guntur & Nellore. But here as the Hero is an in-house Actor, it should collect a bit more and it will. And Those few other distributors break-even is also important and it may well achieve it in full run.
