NTR Jr will be Getting Nizam rights as his remuneration for his next with Puri for B. Ganesh. The Director will be getting Ceeded Area and they will be selling/releasing it to/through a suitable Buyer/Distributor. Advances already paid by producer to both will be adjusted in the respective area NRA/Advance deals after they lock on a Distributor. So far Distributors haven`t been confirmed for both the areas. With Several big Films bombing and Producers defaulting in recent times, Tollywood makers are having tough times with financiers who have tightened screws. So, NTR-Puri opted for this route to cut costs for the maker.
