ABO Review : 'Brahmotsavam'

`Brahmtsavam` is a Boring Family Docu-Drama.

Story :

The film preaches about family values and how people`s lives will be one grand, life long festival if the family is Big & united.

Performances:

The Script has plenty of scope for performances but Barring Rao Ramesh and to an extent Mahesh, other characters weren`t exciting, let down by the boring flow of events.

Technical Departments:

Music: MJM`s tunes are ordinary and Gopi Sundar`s Background Score is adequate.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Okay.

Action: Hardly one, Okay.

Analysis :

Brahmotsavam is a sensitive subject which should be told in a simple yet entertaining manner like `SVSC`. Instead, Srikantha Addala has faltered in execution with boring screen-play and confusing dialogues letting down the film. The film lacks proper emotions and just keeps going on and on. Barring for a couple of scenes, it is out rightly boring and for the most part, audience will be struggling to connect with the happenings on-screen. It runs in a documentary style narration with people having random conversations leaving the audience clueless. A big unexpected Disappointment.
