`24` is a Sci-Fi Family Action Drama which scores with technical brilliance and visuals.

Story :

A Scientist discovers a time travel watch and his villainous brother kills him to take control of the same, but fails. Cut to 2016, the scientist`s son who is a young watch mechanic realizes the magical thing is with him all along. What happens when he and his antagonist uncle come across each other forms the rest.

Performances:

Suriya did an outstanding job as the menacing villain, innocent scientist and as an avenging son.

Technical Departments:

Music: Good Music and the melodious track is shot well.

Cinematography: Brilliant.

Art : Outstanding.

Editing: Okay.

Action: Good.

VFX: Top Notch!.

Analysis :

`24` is an experience which is to be enjoyed on the large screen with quality sound. The film scores very high marks on Technical values, Visuals and Performances. A simple Science Fiction element is mixed with an emotional family drama and average romance. It has multiple brilliant episodes where you cant blink for a moment. Suriya as Athreya steals the show and makes you sit tight as long as he`s on the screen. On the flip side a little shorter run time with better handling of romantic track could have helped it to be a more appealing watch. Few Songs act as speed-breakers too. Nevertheless it is a film not to be missed for the sake of its Novel Concept and Suriya although Vikram K Kumar`s imaginative writing hasn`t translated into a completely convincing product. We recommend you should still go watch It for the hair raising positives.
