ABO Review : 'Fidaa'

`Fidaa` is a Good Emotional Romantic Comedy.

Story :

Varun (Varun Tej), settled in USA, comes down to visit India to get his elder brother get married. He falls for Bhanumati (Sai Pallavi) and she starts liking him too. But even before expressing their love for each other, Varun leaves to USA and Bhanumati starts ignoring him due to a misunderstanding.

Performances:

Sai Pallavi has pulled off the both the Telangana accent and her Strong Feminist Character with an admirable ease. She is the soul of this film and the story revolves around her emotions. Varun Tej is apt and is largely good. Supporting cast are more than adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: Shakti Kanth`s Music is good and the background score is pretty apt. Songs are very good on-screen.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Adequate.

Action: Only one sequence, good.

Analysis :

Fidaa is a Hybrid Romantic Comedy which tracks the romance of a Telangana Girl from the rural hinterland and an NRI guy from the American shores. It has beautiful emotions, cute romance and hilarious yet natural comedy. The film`s 1st half is especially great with an altogether different romantic track and locations. Strong Feminist Characterization of the Leading lady drives this film and it could have had a better conclusion though. Nevertheless the flaws are tiny to term this one as anything less than a good one. Go Watch it!.
