ABO Review : 'Mahanubhavudu'

`Mahanubhavudu` is a Clean, Good Family Entertainer.

Story :

Anand (Sharwanand) who suffers from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, is a Project Manager in a Software firm. Meghana (Mehreen) Joins the firm and they fall in love eventually but she puts a condition that her father must accept their love. There lies the twist in the tale When Anand`s OCD make it hard for him to impress and mingle with her family.

Performances:

Sharwanand is a Natural Act and as usual delivered a Good Performance. He is especially great with his comedy timing. Mehreen has a good screen presence and fits the bill as a Homely Girl. Vennela Kishore, Bhadram, Nazar and other supporting cast are adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: Thaman`s Background score is a plus and the Songs are good on screen.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Adequate.

Action: Stylish.

Analysis :

`Mahanubhavudu` Rides on the Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Characterization of its Protagonist. The film is a full length Entertainer with the OCD angle helping bring out quite a few laughs throughout the flick. It is the Good Mix of Romance and Traditional Family Emotions with this OCD angle that work in the film`s favor. The Climax shouldn`t have been revealed in the beginning itself. On the flip side, it is a bit predictable. Nevertheless, the flick is a Good Clean and Fresh Family Entertainer. Go Watch It.

Minus:

1. Predictable at times.

Rating: 3.5 / 5 (Go Watch It!)

Box-office Verdict :

The film is receiving largely Good reports from the Audience. Considering the Content & WoM, this has pretty good chances to be Commercial Success.
