ABO Review : 'Savyasachi'

`Savyasachi` is an Unexciting Commercial Thriller.

Story :

VikramAditya (Naga Chaitanya) suffers from `Vanishing Twin Syndrome` (Left hand behaves on its own). He falls for Chitra (Nidhhi Agerwal) and they have an On and Off relationship. Vikram survives a fatal road accident on a holiday trip and few days after, his life turns upside down. Rest is about, who is behind all these troubles and how Vikram saves his family.

Performances:

Naga Chaitanya plays a character with multiple shades and delivers a decent performance. Madhavan steals the show as the antagonist. Nidhhi is ordinary and has limited scope. Supporting Cast are adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: Pretty Average. Background score is Good.

Cinematography: Adequate.

Editing: Ordinary.

Action : Decent.

Analysis :

Savyasachi features an unique concept of `Vanishing Twin syndrome` which wasn`t explored well enough to make this an interesting watch. The film`s 1st half is full of routine episodes and 2nd half deals with the Majority of Story. A couple of Action episodes and some half decent Comedy scenes are the saving graces of this unexciting thriller. If only the Director choose to explore the actual syndrome with an engaging narration this would have been more compelling. You may try it to kill some time with low expectations.
