Story :

Sebastian (Kiran Abbavaram) is a police constable who fails time and again in fulfilling duties due to `night blindness` and keeps getting transferred. When he is on a night duty at Madanapalle PS, a woman dies suspiciously in her home. Seba gets suspended later for failing to protect the crime scene. How Seba solves her mysterious death forms the rest!

Performances:

Kiran Abbavaram has good ease is a very convincing as a constable. Srikanth Iyengar is good and Rohini plays an important character. Komalee and Nuveksha have limited roles roles but are an important pieces of the puzzle.

Technical Departments:

Music: Ordinary.

Cinematography: Decent.

Editing: Adequate.

Analysis :

`Sebastian PC 524` is a film letdown by its limited story and an unconvincing screenplay in the 2nd half. It hasn`t got the span of a feature film and is better suited to a short film. The 1st half is somewhat decent and the presentation and excitement built-up around Seba works to an extent holding our interest for the 2nd half. But the film falters from here with nothing much happening till the very end.
