ABO Review : 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata'

`Sarkaru Vaari Paata` is a Formulaic Commercial entertainer which works only in parts!

Story :

Mahesh (Mahesh Babu) runs a small finance company (MFC) in the US and offers hand loans. Kalaavathi (Keerthy Suresh) traps him with her traditional act and gets a loan. When Mahesh realizes that he was fooled and warns, her Politician (MP) dad, Rajendranath (Samuthirakani) makes things difficult. Mahesh comes to India only to realize he needs to do a lot more clean up than intended.

Performances:

Mahesh Babu tried his best with histrionics and swag and is the primary strength of this film. Keerthy Suresh feels like a miscast at times and is okay overall. Samuthirakani, doesn`t create much impact. Vennela Kishore, Subbaraju, Nadiya and others are adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: Good.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Decent.

Stunts: Over The Top.

Analysis :

SVP begins on an entertaining note, takes a romantic turn and moves to social message in the latter parts. It is a formulaic commercial entertainer with something for everyone but the overall impact is pretty average. Songs and Comedy have worked but the thin story line without strong emotional core has limited its impact. You may watch it for Mahesh but that’s all about it.
