Virata Parvam is a mixed bag of emotions which leaves you sympathizing with many lost lives but without an effective narration to hold it together and make a positive impact. The film may be mostly honest but goes to the extent of justifying violence at the same time downplaying the actual tragedy towards the end. This can be watched for its authentic storytelling and Performances but with your expectations in check.
