Story: 

Nazia (Bandhavi Sridhar) lives with her mother, Neelam (Sangitha), and their neighbour Gopi Krishna (Thiruveer) is friendly and helps them out whenever he can. One Night, Nazia starts to behave strangely and they both suspect she`s posssed. Eventually it is revealed that a Ghost, Masooda is haunting her. Who is she and how did they get rid of the Ghost forms the rest.

Performances:

Sangitha and Thiruveer give their best in the main characters. Bandhavi Sridhar shines in a pivotal role. Subhalekha Sudhakar, Satyam Rajesh and other supporting cast are good. Kavya Kalyanram has nothing much to do.

Analysis: 

`Masooda` is a Bloody Hardcore Horror Drama with enough in it to satisfy it`s Genere fans. While the most parts of the film are pretty much engaging and interesting, the lengthy 2nd half can feel dragged at times. The premise has been teased and established well but the conclusion should have been more crisp and thrilling. Nevertheless this is a film made for the big screen and deserves a theatrical viewing if you are a Horror movie-buff!
