Review : Pooja
Note : Telugu Dubbed Version Review
Pooja is a Routine Commercial Entertainer. Its neither Good enough nor bad either.
Vasu ( Vishal ) saves a Cop from the Villain`s Gang ( Mukesh Tiwari). The angry baddies are searching to find who he is and later it turns out that They have a conflict with Vasu`s Big family too. Finishing the Baddies is the rest
Vishal did an okay job and is adequate. Shruthi Haasan is okay and Glamorous and is a big plus. Mukesh Tiwari is fine. Satyaraj is adequate. Radhika and etc are fine.
: 2 Songs are Decent and High on Glam quotient and BGM is Okay.
: Nice, 1 of the positives!.
: Fair enough.
Story,Screenplay & Direction
The film is fultoo Commercial Action Entertainer. It starts off on an okay note and remains the same all through the 1st half. But the Confrontation Scenes are pretty average and still 1st half is decent thanks largely to Hari`s fast paced narration. With almost the entire plot revealed, any interest to be had in 2nd half is limited. It was a very ordinary 2nd half and completely predictable ending making it an average fare in the end. It is neither good enough one nor entirely bad film. A one time watch if you love commercial mass masala stuff.
1. Completely Routine
2. Weak Villainy
Rating: 3 / 5 ( Average and.. )
The film was sold at Fairly moderate prices for a Vishal film in Telugu. It is likely to be a safe venture due to decent start.
